do not buy marketplace

I returned this item (due to a small fit) almost 2 weeks ago. Called Nordstrom card service today to see why I haven’t been refunded yet. They said they’re having “technical issues refunding marketplace items, that the IT department is working on it, but they have no estimated time on how long it will take to create a fix” I should’ve known better. I’ve seen a lot of reviews talking about the hassle of “marketplace items”. I won’t be ordering anymore.
