Stripe Sleeve Sweater

This sweater has potential including a reasonable price point. Be aware it’s not as pictured-there is no red stripe on the bottom hem (there ARE cute stripes on the sleeves). The sweater runs big; I should have sized down but I thought it might be cropped-it’s not at all, at least not on me (5’2). It fits blousy through the body like on the model but folds under and hangs well below waist on me. There is no cotton and the material is a little stiff and heavy. It would be nice for shoulder season temperatures or strong AC environments. I’m not sure if I’ll keep it. I’d like to try a size down but don’t want to deal w shipping back/forth. If it had fit better I would definitely keep as it is a good price for a very cute top (even w/o red peeping out from bottom).

I was excited yo get this when I saw it come back in stock. The fabric is just ok. It’s kinda thin and shiny, and not really a regular sweater or sweatshirt material like I was hoping for. It’s a casual vibe w/ the stripes on the sleeves, but it’s a more sheeny type of fabric if that makes sense. It almost feels like they don’t go together. It’s not worth the price point in my opinion. It feels more like a Forever 21 piece to me.
