Shoe arrived in used condition
These loafers are comfortable and look great in person. However, the right shoe arrived with excessive creasing and wear. It looked like a thoroughly used shoe. Very disappointing that Nordstrom would sell a product in this condition and this isn’t the first time I’ve received a used product from this store. The shoes also ran large, even though I sized a half size down.

Ordered this new Magnanni flex loafer. Received the old hard shell penny? Bad enough the wrong shoe sent, even worse they arrive dirty, worn and damaged? Not sure what’s going on here Nordstrom. Returning in person today.
