Poor quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've shopped at Madewell for years and I've kept coming back because of the quality. However I notice there has been a trend downhill recently. I am disappointed at the qualifications of these boots. I wore them once and the bottoms came off. The suede also peeled off on both heels. I wore them to brunch. I spent most of the time sitting. At this price point, I shouldn't have to worry about taking my boots to the cobbler after a rigorous day of sitting.

Buyer Beware!

Look good, bad quality
I bought these for Christmas for my daughter and she wore them once to dinner. Both heel caps fell off. This is definitely not what I paid for

Slim fit
The reviews mentioned they were for slim feet, which I have—but putting them on was a workout! Once on, though, they’re incredibly comfortable and look amazing.

Bad quality
Got these as a Christmas gift from my husband. Wore them once today and the heel cap of the right boot fell off! I noticed because I heard a different sound when I was walking and realized it had fallen off. Wow. Walked 2 blocks from a parking garage to a restaurant.
