uncomfortable
The show runs small in length and is narrow, and the material is really stiff and uncomfortable in the calf and ball of the foot.

Nice
I received these boots without a box. There were no tags on the shoes and it looked like someone had worn them perhaps they were the display boots. Otherwise, they are very comfortable and they looks good. I read the previous reviews which says that the opening was very small. My ankles are small so they fit me perfectly. I will decide as to whether I want to keep these or take a chance and reorder them to hopefully get a shoebox an unworn pair of shoes.

pointed toe does not look good on big feet
OK so these boots are super cute and true to size however, I wear a size 9.5 and because of the pointed toe it makes my foot look huge L O L. Maybe this won’t bother everybody but these are going to be a return for me sadly.

squeaky
These are super squeaky when walking on hardwood. They also dont feel very supportive. When taking a step the boot feels squishy. Not madewell :/

Damaged and used
Took forever to find a pair of tan kitten heel boots. These are cute but they arrived in an open box, scratches/chips on the leather, dirt on the boots and they look worn. Really disappointed as they are out of stock and now my search has to continue.
