The Darted Barrel Leg Jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Madewell pair of jeans and I wasn’t sure which size to order. I had a birthday coupon so I figured I would give their denim a try. I read tons of reviews and went with my usual size and it fit amazing. A little oversized but in a great way they don’t look sloppy. I’m 5’-1” 113 lbs and ordered a 25 petite. Will definitely purchase other colors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE these jeans!I bought these a couple months ago and they were so perfect I bought a second pair in the same wash and another pair in the danver wash. Both vintage canvas jeans fit perfect but the danver wash was too small. I am 5ft 4 in and weigh 122. After reading many reviews commenting that they ran large I bought these in 26P which I never wear but they are perfect. I live in the South and they are not too heavy and are the perfect length for barrel jeans. I thought about sizing up to 27P for the danver wash but I am using the others so much I probably won’t.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have these in off-white Vintage Canvas and LOVE the fit -- mid-rise, cropped length, slight barrel leg. I'm 5'2' and miraculously both the regular and petite lengths worked. (I ended up going with the petite because I like the cropped look.) The rise is a little lower on the petite as well. Regardless of length, the Vintage Canvas wash seems to run a little big; I went down one size. I tried on the Washed Black and Danver Wash and needed to stick to my true size. As far as washes go: Vintage Canvas is an off-white, a little creamy without looking buttery. I really like the Washed Black and find it to look convincingly vintage. The Danver Wash is really whisker-y and looks quite intense in person; I would skip it if you prefer subtle vintage washes.
