Runs Large!
I am a 32A bust with a 25 inch waist. I was worried that I was going to be swimming in this dress, so I ordered 2 sizes down. I'm glad I did! XXS fits me comfortably and I'm glad that I can cinch the neck and waist without having the fabric being too bulgy.
