Sequin One-Shoulder Long Sleeve Jumpsuit

I loved the idea of a 70's inspired sequin jumpsuit but it has flaws. First, I wore this to a Gala and every time I hugged someone, the sequin would catch to a fabric, hair or itself. Yes, even itself. I was walking and the legs stuck together and I almost tripped! Sometimes I could undo the stuck sequins but other times, I had to pull on it and tear it. :-( Also, you need to consider the multiple alterations needed. I had to get three inches taken off the bottom even with 3 inch heels and it costs about $50 since it is lined and flare style. Then I had to get the crotch altered so it looks like the photo. Almost 1.5 inches needed to come off the crotch to get the look right. The Nordstrom team did the best they could but it was not perfect. I also had to get an inch off the sleeve. I wanted to love this but it fell short in the end.

I love this jumpsuit so much! I wore it for my disco-themed grad party and everyone loved it! It was a little itchy and the off-shoulder sleeve was a little tight to put on, but the fit was (nearly) perfect. I ordered a size 6 when I am actually a size 4, and had to get the legs altered a bit. But all things considered, it’s the most beautiful outfit I own and I need it in the navy color!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore this lovely jumpsuit to a gala given by The Freedom Fighting Missionaries in Charlotte, NC. The gala was to honor Charlotte as a "second chance city" for formerly incarcerated people as well as individuals who have stepped up to provide support in the community. My purse was rose gold, pink, and gold, I wore simple diamond earrings, and my shoes were hot pink. I received so many compliments on the outfit, the ensemble, and the fit (it hugged all the right curves!). It fit nicely on me. I wear a size 8 and it fit like a glove. I highly recommend this beautiful jumpsuit!
