- What Are Ear Seeds:
- Ear seeds are small adhesive crystals placed on specific points of the outer ear as part of an acupressure-inspired wellness ritual
- Once applied, gently press each seed periodically throughout the day to “activate” the point
- 5-Element Crystal Placement Guide (Luxury Swarovski Collection):
- Red Siam (Fire) → Shen Men + Heart points
- Emerald (Wood) → Liver + Gallbladder points
- Crystal (Metal) → Lung + Large Intestine points
- Blue Sapphire (Water) → Kidney + Bladder points
- Light Topaz (Earth) → Stomach + Spleen points
- Application Instructions:
- Step 1: Prepare
- Wash hands thoroughly
- Clean ears with an alcohol wipe
- Allow to dry completely
- Step 2: Apply
- Use tweezers to lift the crystal seed
- Place on the designated point
- Press firmly for 10 seconds to secure
- Step 3: Activate
- Gently press each seed for 30 seconds
- Repeat every 2–3 hours throughout the day
- Massage in small circular motions
- Step 4: Maintain
- Keep dry during wear
- Avoid touching unnecessarily
- Wear for 5–7 days maximum
- Step 5: Remove
- Peel off gently from the edges
- Cleanse ear thoroughly
- Allow a 24-hour rest before reapplication

Surprisingly useful (and actually stay put)
I wasn’t sure what to expect but these are really neat. They’re easy to apply, stay on well, and I like that you can press them throughout the day. I’ve been using them for tension points and it’s a small thing that makes a noticeable difference.
Plus they’re subtle and comfortable enough to forget you’re wearing them. Definitely one of the more unique wellness items I’ve tried.

Easy intro to ear seeds
I’m on day two of using these crystal ear seeds and feeling very hopeful.
