Very Disappointing
This is the worst Nordstrom experience I have had in the 35 years as their customer.
The sweater stretched out and became “bally” after only 4 hours of wear. I took it back the next day. Was told by the store manager that it was not returnable (even for a store credit) because it was a third party. I bought it on the Nordstrom website!! I’ve never heard of this. Very disappointing:(

Cute but pilling
The cardigan is super cute. Unfortunately, it very easily started to get pilling and fuzz balls after just 2 wears. Now it looks like it’s an older sweater.
