Horrible experience

Received this dress in a plastic back. When took it out it had a strong disgusting odor! The dress was stained in a white cake frost or toothpaste! Also fabric was damaged in some areas of the dress. Without a doubt this dress was worn previously and the company had an audacity to sell this item for the price as such! I am extremely disappointed with Nordstrom. I waited for this dress for almost a week and needed this dress for an important event. What a disappointment!!!
