You Won't Get What You Order

Sally Rose shipments are completely unreliable, at least when it comes to Lucky Brand jewelry items. I've ordered two in the past month, both times I received something TOTALLY different and had to return in person to a Nordstrom store in order to get my refund. While the Customer Service at Nordstrom is great, it would be REALLY NICE if I could rely on Sally Rose to ship me the actual items I pay for.
