Low quality product and lack of customer support
The positive is that I like the design and the product looked liked the picture. The problem is that they use a very low quality zipper in these jeans. The very first time I wore these jeans, I had a tough time zipping them. An hour later, I noticed that the teeth below the pull thing had come undone. It was within the 60 day return period so I wasn't too worried. That quickly changed once I began the return process. The first thing is that I was evidently going to be on the hook for an $8 shipping fee to return the jeans. Then it got worse when I was informed that I wouldn't be given a refund since I washed my clothes before wearing them. So I'm basically left with defective jeans that I can't wear and can't return. All of the local Lucky Brand stores have closed so I can't check out clothes before purchasing, which leaves me very frustrated. Buying online from Lucky Brand is evidently a gamble. Without the security of knowing that defective merchandise can be addressed easily, it's not worth the gamble to me to purchase something sight unseen. Too bad, because I generally like the designs from Lucky Brand.

Solid jean
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Glad to see the wear spots are lately reinforced. Will see how the hole in the pocket wears over time, but they feel sturdy and look good.

Terrible Jeans!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually love Lucky Brand Jeans, but these are awful. They are so stiff that I can't wear them.
