excellent shoes

This is my third pair of loyaks, 2 black and one green (one was blown into the lake and lost forever while swimming, so had to replace) Can't say enough about the durability of these shoes. I have hiked, climbed mountains, boulder climbed, river walked, mountain biked and walked for miles in these shoes. I trust them in any situation. Very comfortable, sheds water quickly but will take a good day in the sun to dry out completely. The rubber inserts can also be removed for cleaning, which is needed when sweating a good bit. I do not write reviews but have never felt compelled to either. Please do not change this product, it is perfect as is.

Painful Toe Pinching — Uncomfortable Without Socks

There’s a painful pressure point around the toes that pinches and rubs badly. These shoes will destroy your feet if worn without socks. Very uncomfortable and disappointing.

They are awesome!

The fit is perfect (exactly as sized). I've used them twice now. They dry fast. The laces make the fit secure but easy enough to get on. Excellent piece of equipment.

Outsole Disintegrated Within Weeks. Unacceptable

I purchased these to use as water shoes, and within just two weeks they’ve already started falling apart. The tread on the bottom is peeling off, and it’s noticeable enough that people have pointed it out when I cross my leg while sitting. It's very embarrassing. For something meant to handle water and movement, the durability is extremely disappointing. I am hoping this could be made right...
