Disappointed

Love the size and it is a pretty bag, stylish, but scratches all over that show up in sunlight. I literally thought something splashed on it but these wouldn't wipe off. Used damp soft cloth! Also found a gash on the handle loops and on a seam. Yes it was on sale but didn't expect it would be damaged. Just started using a week ago and been out twice. I'm bummed!! Hoping I can get a new bag sent.

I have always loved the
