Canter Script Square Scarf

While the scarf is lovely (though a little duller in color than the photo shows), it arrived in substandard packaging. As a result, the condition of the item is poor. The "chatbot" customer service would not offer any consideration when asked for a reduction in price to have the scarf professionally steamed. After spending thousands of dollars in Nordstrom, I would've expected better customer service. Very disappointing.
