The photo and description clearly shows that the purse closes with a zipper, but the one I received has only a snap. It’s not practical for me so is going back.

Mature and casual bag
Brown had purple undertones, was not a chocolatey color like I wanted and a more mature looking bag so I gave it to my mother, who treated it with a suede protectant and uses it as her daily bag, seems to love it! Was not for me, mid-30’s and a bit more of a fashion risk-taker

An ordinary bag
This bag fits nicely against my hip and is not too heavy. I like the outside zip pocket to hold my phone and the inside holds everything else that I need. However, I gave it four stars because it is rather plain. If I had it to do over, I would have sent it back because it is rather an ordinary looking bag. It is comfortable on my shoulder though.

Much LARGER than your average crossbody bag
Ok, I just received my Los Feliz Crossbody Bag. I must say that I really thought it was much smaller; this bag is more like a shoulder bag to me. The bag is beautiful, leather is soft, adjustable strap length is good. What I do not care for is the lack of inside pockets for keys and/or cellphone; a great solution is to buy a purse organizer insert. There is a rather large, zippered pocket inside as well as outside. In conclusion, bag is much larger than anticipated and lacks interior pockets.
