Medium 'Le Pliage Cuir' Leather Top Handle Tote

I purchased the Longchamp medium Cuir in cherry. It's a very nice "pop of color." It's not too bright nor too dark, just the perfect red. The leather is soft and durable, and the nickel hardware is very pretty. It's versatile, hand carry, shoulder or cross body. This bag remains light weight even when loaded with all of my necessities. Even though the three inside pockets are adequate, I also use a purse organizer which provides additional pocket organization, structure, and acts as a base shaper. I have many nylon Le Pliage bags, but I am enjoying my two recent Cuir purchases. I also purchased the leather Cuir Tote in black during the Anniversary Sale, and the nylon Expandable Le Pliage in slate!

I am a recent convert of the Longchamp craze! I have two of the nylon bags, but decided to splurge and get the Le Pliage Cuir. The leather is so soft and smooth to the touch and looks fabulous! The interior features two slip pockets--one for your phone and the other for pens or smaller--but you probably don't want to use them with heavy items as this will distort the bag's shape. There is a zipper pocket as well, which I store papers and feminine items in. I also use a base shaper and a purse liner in order to maintain its overall shape. The handles are perfect for carrying in hand or over a bent elbow, but the shoulder strap comes in super handy when you need two hands and doesn't cut into my shoulder as the bag is super light by comparison to other leather bags. Overall, it's a high-end bag without the bells and whistles that is stylish, lightweight and functional without being ostentatious. You won't be disappointed!

I purchased Paprika color which is a reddish orange one. I'm a big fan of Longchamp;especially, I have been so into its 'Le Pliage' shoulder tote - it is versatile, durable, and light weight. Finally, it came out as a beautiful leather bag called 'Le Pliage Cuir.' The leather bag looks much more expensive and high quality as opposed to the original Le Pliage line, while keeping original pros such as durability and light weight. The Paprika color is such a beautiful color and fits with every outfits ranging from black to white. The major con is the price; however, in terms of all pros, worth every penny. I would like to purchase another color like navy or black.

I never understood why people were so crazy over the Longchamp Le Pilage handbags. The small size did nothing for me. Then I tried the medium and I've been collecting them ever since. Their beauty is the leather, satchel style, and light weight. This time around I bought the black. Just wish they were less expensive.
