We sold our first rugby in the 1980s. Our goal? Same as always: make it as good as we can. And, in this case, make it as tough as the game it's named after. Today's Long Sleeve Rugby Shirt embodies those same principles, with authentic rubber buttons (originally added so players wouldn't scratch each other on contact), a tough twill collar, reinforced seams that won't stretch out of shape and stonewashed cotton jersey fabric that only gets softer with age. There's no mistaking this for a polo — it's the real deal. A rugby, through and through.

My husband's favorite shirt!

This is the third (or maybe fourth) rugby shirt I've bought for my husband, and they are all in constant rotation. It's his go-to casual "uniform" worn over khakis, and he looks great! He likes the comfy heavyweight cotton, and being able to wear this shirt untucked without looking sloppy. This time I bought him the Vista Blue Rugby Stripe.

Dissapointed

Very disappointed. 2nd rugby shirt I have purchased where the collar is not set properly. Won't fold down and there is just far too much material. Have returned the item

Made with good heavy cloth.

I wear a rugby shirt nearly all of the time and I have found Land's End to be the very best. Although Land's End has a variety of patterns and colors, I usually choose the classic bold stripe. It doesn't get better than that!

Consistent fit and fabric

This is the 4th rugby shirt I have bought for my husband. The fit and fabric are perfect for him. (5'10", 185 lbs, size large) They wash well,low dryer.

Another high quality Lands End product

This is a nice long sleeve polo shirt. Its better than other brands that sell similar items. Somehow the quality is better. Also, its less prone to shrinking over many uses.
