Long Sleeve Performance Polo

I purchased this shirt in both white and gray from Nordstrom in May. My husband only began wearing the shirts this past month for golf, as the weather has recently become cooler. Unfortunately, the collars on both shirts have shriveled and now appear unsuitable for wear. I requested a return, but Nordstrom informed me that the item is not eligible as it is past the 90-day return period. I don’t recommend this product.
