Long Sleeve Knit Midi Dress with Hardware

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fabric and hardware in the dress feel high quality and are heavyweight. They make me feel like I’m wearing a luxurious dress. However, I could not get the dress to lie smooth over my shoulders and chest area or my belly even though it is the correct size. The zipper is very long and difficult to zip up or down by myself. I almost got trapped in the dress the first time I tried it on, when no one was around to help me.

The length was great and I loved the sway of it as well. This dress is versatile. It can be worn during the day or night, and still give you a classic upscale look.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely beautiful dress! The color is gorgeous and the weight of the dress is perfect (not too light or too heavy. It also flows beautifully and has a little give & stretch. The gold hardware at the waist and the gold zipper going down the back of the dress are so pretty too! The hardware looks very high-end! Only issue I had was the sizing. The dress ran small. I have a 27.5” waist, wear a 32DD bra size and the size 6 was slightly snug in the shoulders and chest. I also have a very skinny neck, so the neckline did not work for me, but I’m sure it would look lovely a lot of people. Amazing quality and lovely dress!

I’ve never had Halston clothing before so was curious how this iconic brand would hold up. The dress has both long sleeves and a high neckline. This is perfect for a winter dress. This dress is a medium weight. The sleeves are stretchy and lightweight. The body of the dress is two layers of fabric so a bit heavier, but still not heavy. If you are wearing this dress out in cold weather, you would definitely want a warm coat over the top, but would be comfortable inside. There are gold details, such as an attached belt with gold hardware. There is also a gold zipper on the back of the dress that goes from the top of the neck all the way down below the waist. I am short, at about 5‘2“. This dress was a good length on me. It was long, but hit in my lower calf area, which makes it perfect length to show off some cute heels or boots. This dress was easy to style on its own. It would also look great with a gold necklace, or some tights or leggings. It does have some cute details on the back. It has pleats that perfectly match the pleats on the front. This dress draped perfectly and I didn’t have to adjust or tug and move it around to get it the way I wanted it. I am planning to use this dress when the cold weather hits and will happily wear it to events with a pair of black tights and some cute black heels or boots. It is very comfortable. I feel like I could wear it all day without an annoyance. I would highly recommend this dress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color is beautiful and the hardware on the front is nice; however the fit is terrible. The arms are too tight and short. The armpits don't come flush to the body leaving a ton of space there. With the tight arms it really feels uncomfortable on. You can also see every lump and bump.
