Great quality, warm, but heavy
Well made and I expect would be very warm. It is a heavy coat. Good for one who would wear if outdoors walking for a lengthy amount of time or someone who spends a lot of time in hockey rinks. It was not practical for the use my son was looking for. We returned to purchase something smaller and lighter for everyday wear. My son is a Med - Large he is 140 lbs, 5'10 and still growing. The Large would have been a good fit through his growth spurt had he kept the jacket.

Perfect for Winter
I was looking to purchase a winter coat for my husband to brave the Chicago cold and this is perfect. It looks great on, has multiple pockets and compartments, and has extremely warm lining. This is coat is blizzard ready. I'd say for weather 30 degrees or above, have a different winter coat. Break this out when it's freezing and you'll be good to go!

good looking very warm coat
This coat is so warm, and I love that it’s cruelty free. My husband is a short king and it doesn’t overwhelm him it’s very flattering and doesn’t make you look like the stay puft marshmallow man

Terrible Quality--avoid!!
I bought this coat for my son who needed a longer coat for cold weather. First time he tried it on, the wrist band was coming off, I repaired it. Then the inner harness fell apart, then the lining started coming out, then the hood seams started coming apart. He had only worn the coat 3 times and it was literally falling apart! I originally bought from Nordstrom's because I wanted a quality coat that would last. Nordstrom's quality is terrible compared to was it used to be and they don't stand behind their products any more. I have been a Nordstrom's customer for over 40 years, but I am done.
