I was sent a used different model

I just got this package and I was so excited - until I opened it and the shoes are used, not the color or size I ordered, a completely different model, and this is just completely unacceptable but especially for a shoe at this price point.

adorable, runs small

Love the shoe , great flat for summer . It’s very versatile, but definitely runs small . I normally wear a 9 had to size up to 10, especially for the length or my heel would have been hanging off .

Runs small and is uncomfortable

This shoes runs small. I normally wear a 10 and the 41 fit like a size 9. Not only that, they are very narrow. Anyone with a normal width foot, would not fit this shoe. I found them to be very uncomfortable after wearing them more than a few minutes. Definitely not worth the price.
