Defective zipper - jacket zips up, but the zipper pulls apart and opens. Unfortunately, Burberry at Westfield Valley Fair informed me that they are unable to help because the jacket was purchased at Nordstrom rather than directly from a Burberry boutique. However, Nordstrom has also told me that this is not their responsibility.
I am very disappointed and frustrated by this situation because this jacket was very expensive, and now no one seems willing to take responsibility for a clear quality issue with the zipper.
