Perfect hair Day^™ Night Cap Perfector

I'll admit I was very skeptical I'm not usually one to spend a lot on hair products but this one stuff won me over after the first use ! I got a sample size from Sephora 3 weeks ago and have used it after every shower since then as a leave in conditioner and have been really impressed. It delivers soft and frizz free hair for at least 3 days. Also it is very lightweight even if you use to much of this product your hair never feels crunchy or greasy.

I was skeptical about this product because like many other products, the claims don't seem to hold true. The first night I applied it (un-shampooed hair), I used 4 pumps; 1 more than what was suggested. I woke up in the morning feeling like my hair only felt conditioned. I was ready to return the product. However, by Day 2 (after shampoo), I was amazed at the shine and the manageability as I styled my hair. My ends were tamed and my hair felt soft and my hair shined all day. I do add styling products to my hair which work well together with this item. I also like that the consistency of this product which is serum based. It was comfortable to sleep with it on. It absorbed right into hair. I am a fan of this product and will be keeping it.

My hair has always been perfect - 1/3 at a time. From the bottom third of perfect ringlets to the middle third of perfect beach waves to to the top third of silky strait locks my hair has it all - but all at the same time. Every time I wash my hair I have to style it. Like many people during this pandemic I let my natural hair loose but there was nothing naturally beautiful about it to embrace. So, like a lot of us, I found myself sitting on my sofa, in my pj’s, bored, with my bad hair, browsing my trusty Nordie’s app. Living Proof’s Nightcap popped up. Buying styling products is more miss than hit for me but I was three Moscow mules in so here I am three weeks later sitting on the same sofa (mule in hand because why not) with legitimately amazing natural, unstyled hair. It works. And if heaven has a signature scent, this wouldn’t be it but it’s still citrusy good!

This really is a Perfector. I used the small tube that came with the trial/travel set. Put a small amount on hair as instructed and it's immediately absorbed. In the morning hair is smooth and manageable such that your hair will not need shampooing or even much styling. I shampoo only every third day -- this product keeps my hair from becoming overly dry in Colorado's very dry air. It's a terrific moisturizer for hair. I'm now ordering the full size bottle -- I don't want to be without it.

I've only recently started using this after receiving a sample from Norsdtrom and I just ordered a bottle. It smells great and makes the hair soft as well as it seems to give it some life. I use it as bed time and it's totally non greasy. I will definitely use up an entire bottle to see if there's anything more to this than just a nice smell.

I've used this product now 3 times, and I get wonderful results overnight: soft and manageable hair, no frizzies. Last night I put a little more in than usual, and my very coarse, very thick, color-treated hair was incredibly soft. I'm experimenting today and using it as a leave-in with no other product. So far so good!!!
