Terrible Customer Service! Do NOT use this vendor!
Earrings were supposed to arrive on December 18. It is now December 20 and no one at Nordstrom has a clue as to where they are. Not Customer Care and not the manager of my Stylist. I would get credited but I don’t want my stylist to lose her commission. I would never purchase anything from this vendor again EVER!
