Nice, but the length a dealbreaker
This past spring/summer I’ve fell in love with LLA. I feel I’ve found a line where I like the styles + the quality for the price. I am 56 yo and find this brand suits my casual conservative taste and less than fab body. So I was excited to see the new fall styles. This pant IS super cute. Love the general style and fabric, especially the higher waist. Where it greatly misses the mark for me is the length. Granted, this flare crop is an “in” style at the moment, but when you are 5’4”, they hit at the wrong place and make someone who is not super thin look very frumpy and boxy. I know I am probably in the minority, but I wish retailers would just make pants full length and let us customers have them tailored to our desired length. Yes, I could have them hemmed to make them even shorter, but right now I’m looking for pants that will not only take me in to fall but beyond. With this shade of brown, I feel you are limited to fall only. Otherwise, one could wear them for spring/summer as well. If the length is not an issue, then give these pants a go, because everything works for me but the length. BTW, there is NOT enough hem to let them out sufficiently to be full length. I’m very disappointed.
