Easy to mix
I wanted an inositol supplement in a convenient powder form, and this fits the bill. Very easy to dose and mix into smoothies, even cereal, other foods. I try to take it cold when possible. I need to try to regulate my cycle and something to boost energy, alongside some lifestyle changes for overall health.

I bought this liposomal ovarian inositol because this is the best type of supplement, your body absorbs and uses it more effectively. I have been using this for a while and you can definitely tell the difference in the way you feel and your hormonal healthy. I live that it's in powder form , I prefer powder form as I can add it to any liquids I'm drinking and i personally think that works best for me . I feel better and this has helped my overall female health .

Well rounded hormone supplement
I am heading toward perimenopause and this is a great supplement to help balance my hormones and which hopefully would in turns support my ovarian health. This supplement blends also added a few antioxidant that are great for women. Q10 is great for heart health as well. I would recomend it!

Will purchase again
I bought this product a couple of weeks ago and I’m very happy with it, it’s good quality and tastes good. I feel like it helps me drink more water and keeps me fuller for longer so I snack less. I also love that it contains several vitamins I was taking as separate pills, it’s nice to take less pills every day.
