Just wrong

Ordered this Gucci necklace, was excited to give it to my wife, but on opening the cardboard box the Gucci branding was all wrong and the box it came in looked cheap and ugly, definitely not Gucci standard. The presentation looked all wrong almost to the point of it looking fake. Returned the item the same day, no problem on the return. Unfortunately this smash and grab that has been going on prohibits stores from having anything expensive on site, it’s all online ordering.
