awful packaging, disgraceful

This blouse came wrapped up tight balled up in a small plastic bag, when removed it definitely requires being sent to a dry cleaners to attempt to press out all the wrinkles in the blouse, horrifying to receive this type of brand with poor packaging and mailing. I am not happy at all.
