Lincoln Tie Waist Long Sleeve Maxi Dress

I LOVE this dress, and my only regret is that it doesn't come in more patterns/colors so I could wear it to every work event without being TOO much of an outfit repeater. I support an executive board, and multiple female CEOs of major companies have complimented me on this dress. I'm not a very fashion-forward person, but this dress makes me feels polished and professional, and I've worn it to support board meetings, to speak on panels, and to attend networking events. I bought it when I was about 8 months postpartum and needed some new work clothes. I started wearing the XL when I was about 230 lbs, and I needed to add some fashion tape to keep it from gaping in the front. The adjustable belt, gentle puff sleeves, and tiered skirt make this a pretty forgiving and flattering style, and it's very comfy. Cannot recommend enough!
