Almost too short
I am 5'4, 130 and have been wearing standard MOTHER jeans forever. I already had these exact "limited edition wash" jeans in the regular sizing, but because I usually need petite in any denim brand that offers them, I wanted to try these. Although I was a 28 in the standard sizing, I needed a 29 in the petite sizing. They fit exactly the same everywhere (including the rise), except for the length, which is inches shorter (as pictured). I think I prefer the longer version, which is still slightly cropped on me. I'm keeping them because they will be good for the beach and the fit and style are so nice. I love the wash and the thick denim with just a little stretch.

Mother Jeans
Mother are my favorite jeans. I am consistently a 25 but really sorry I didn’t order the 24 because they have tremendous stretch in them. They are cute and I rarely return Mother jeans and not surprisingly they only have large sizes left so of course out of the 24.

I love Mother & now that I’ve been able to try petite sizing, I am even more in love. I’m just under 5 ft, and these fit perfectly in all the right areas. These are supposed to be a little above the ankle, which never happens for me in regular sizes.

My denim has been doing me wrong!
The Lil series from Mother is everything. I am now questioning every other pair of jeans I own. The Lil’s fit, length and styles are 100% and fit me how jeans are supposed to fit.
For years I have put up with rolling up or hemming my cuffs, walking around tugging up the waist or being squeezed so tight in the waist and hips until I couldn’t wait to take them off. No more! Lil’s are comfy and not fussy to wear at all. The price tag held me off for a long time, but owning a pair of jeans that fit properly is worth it!

I really love these jeans! They’re perfect for my frame and hit right above my ankle. I’m 5’0 and around 110-115 pounds, I ordered a size 27 (I’m 5 months postpartum so usually I’m between a 25-26, so I sized up). They’re stretchy and I do have to keep pulling them up at times, so I do wish I sized down one more, but it’s not terrible. Really love the quality & glad I got them.

cute and slightly larger than other insider jeans
I loved these! I tend to be a 28 in mother jeans except for the insider. Most of the insiders I’ve tried on, I need a 29. 27-28 in AG, 28 in frame.
I ordered these in a 29 and exchanged for a 28. They are super cute! Slightly lower rise than the regular size insiders. This wash is fairly stretchy. Didnt stretch out too much during the day but definitely relaxed.

Too short
I was super excited that Mother came out with a petite line. I’m just under 5’4” 120lbs and have a long torso and short legs. These jeans were a fabulous fit everywhere, except the length. They were way too short on me - hitting me about 3-4” above my ankles. And where they hit on my legs, they flared out and the silhouette was not flattering.
