cast iron hype
I had to try this since everyone raves. I met admit, I did get better meat taste than my regular pan. I thought is it worth the money or more hype? I'm on edge. If it lasts a lifetime, then yea it's worth it. I feel like this is a lot of clean up. I love to just have things fast, simple and easy. I have another small sauce pan from Le Creuset, but haven't used it yet. We'll see what happens! For now, it's ok. It's probably a learning curve also that I need to learn. Fingers crossed.

I love this piece...
...and I have been waiting for it to go on sale forever and it finally did! I have already used (just got it Monday) to saute some chicken. The pan gave me the perfect marks and it was delicious. Very easy to clean too.
LeCruset is so worth it - I have several pices now and I treasure them all!
