True to size, would not follow reco to size down
I love this jacket. It is so classic and cute. Got the navy with brown trim. I sized down to small per instructions. But I would not have. I think it is pretty true to size. I would have ordered a medium. The small is a fitted. No sweaters underneath for sure. Maybe a tight thin one. Just wanted to add this perspective to those considering what size to get. If you want it more fitted and close to body, follow Nordstrom reco to size down. If want to be able to layer and move better, get regular size for jackets. Fur collar is so soft too!
