It’s a hit or miss dress

The fabric is very soft and the brown and cream floral print is cute. The dress is meant for a short torso figure. The waistline was too high on me and I am only 5’5”. The flounce made it look juvenile. I would have kept it if the dress was longer midi length and the waist fell in the right place. For me it was a miss!
