Beautiful, but broke after two weeks of very light use. Second one to break on me. They need to use stronger materials.

Broke after a weekend of use
Really bad quality. A few of the red beads fell off after a weekend of using it. Reached out to Ossa and they wouldn't do anything but give me 15% off another purchase and Nordstrom is demanding I go in person to "handle this complaint" even though I bought it online. It's horrible quality. Don't waste your time. Worst customer service I've received from Nordstrom too. This is super disappointing.
