Disappointing

Just received this RM bag and I must say it does not look like pic. It’s much smaller, the leather is absolutely awful. Looks very cheap and flimsy. Has a dull finish. I expected a much nicer quality. I left a 2 star however it deserves a 1 star at best. Will return asap.
