Clasp Breaks
I have had the strap for just a couple weeks and the clasp fell apart. I have not put it through any abnormal or rigorous use. Just everyday wear. Very disappointed. It’s a beautiful watchband, just poorly made.

Impossible to adjust sizing
Screw head to remove links to make it smaller is impossibly small and finicky. Truly a design flaw. I bought a second in the hopes that I could get it to work. Nordstrom staff tried to remove the links as well. They were so helpful and patient, but the links are very difficult to remove if you need to make this smaller.

Stunning Watchband for Apple Watch
This watchband is stunning. It was a birthday gift for my wife. It is advertised as 18k gold. It is unclear what part of the band is 18k, i.e., is it the band links or just the logo on the clasp. Also, the band is difficult to clasp, but my wife is getting the hang of it.
