Love Lagos
This is my third Lagos bracelet I have purchased from Nordstrom and love it! I wear this bracelet everyday and like that it is more petite for my small wrist. Along with the great Nordstrom service and the quality of Lagos, I give this purchase a 5 star rating!

beautiful but fragile
Wanted to love this bracelet but after just a few times wearing it the clasp is coming apart from the bracelet. Sadly, I will need to return.

Product and service excellence
I ordered the bracelet online to pick up in store (I had previously decided this bracelet was what I wanted).
The bracelet was a gift for my wife, and she was very excited to receive it. She has worn it several times and has nothing but good things to say about it. Beyond that I can't comment of the product quality except to say that it seemed to me to be of very high quality from a design and materials standpoint.
The ordering and pick-up process went extremely well. The bracelet was ready very quickly, and took no time at all to be delivered upon my arrival. The associate happily and quickly gift-wrapped the bracelet and I was on my way.
I was visiting from out of town and this was yet another reminder of how depressing it can be to have no local Nordstrom!

Love it!
This bracelet is just the right size and I love the petite design. It has a subtle glow that surprised me. The clasp is a bit challenging though; a bit difficult to open.
