Caviar Luxe Diamond Pavé Pendant Necklace

This necklace is lovely and very feminine, however I had to return (and am deducting a few stars) because I received what appeared to be a "weathered" product with a dull looking chain and tarnishing on the back of the pendant. From all appearances, it could have been a used piece of jewelry. Furthermore, Nordstrom mailed it regular snail mail and it was delivered in an unpadded shipping envelope inside my mailbox, which seems pretty reckless considering the product. It was also delivered late. I'm giving Nordstrom a chance to replace it, but if doesn't arrive sparkling and new, I will likely pass on ordering fine jewelry from Nordstrom again.
