Beautiful Lagos Necklace
This is a beautiful diamond and gold heart pendant on adjustable necklace chain by Lagos! I bought this item online and had it delivered to the Nordstrom store. It is very striking in person. However it did not come in an official Lagos pouch with care information. I called Nordstrom customer service where a wonderful customer care specialist helped me out. She reached out to the store that sent the necklace and they are sending the Lagos pouch and information to my house from the Nordstrom in California! Thank you Nordstrom!
