La Ceinture Salon Leather Belt

I ordered the very same belt in size 90 when it went to sale for 60% for $156. Exactly same item but now changed the item # It was Item: #10579044 before for same name, same color, same size and same model. There were only 2 left. So, I ordered one. They canceled my order 2 days later. I was checking the page there were still one left and before I order again it said out of stock this time. I was disappointed but still wanted to order another belt from same brand and guess what same model, same pictures and same everything only under different item number this time. I couldn’t believe it. And of course since they canceled my order quantity went back to 2 again but this time with the original price tag. I’ve been such a loyal customer for years and feeling like tricked by the Company I love to shop for so long. This is not fair or right. I called the Customer Service. The person I talked to on the phone was understanding and helpful but when he discussed the situation his supervisor just didn’t take any responsibility. What a shame… No honesty. Who are they kidding?! So disappointed.
