PACKAGE WAS RIPPED OPEN AND NO CONTENTS INSIDE PACKAGE. NORDSTROM WILL NOT HONOR A REFUND. WILL NOT BE PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM NORDSTROM ANYMORE. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN VERY BAD THE OVER THE LAST 10 YEARS. YOU HAVE LOST A CUSTOMER OF OVER 20 YEARS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICEHAS BEEN LACKING IN STORE. TOU CAN BE IN STORE AMD NOT BE GREETED BY ANYONE.. I HAVE ACTUALLY LEFT THE STORE BECAUSE NOONE WANTS TO HELP YOU. I JUST LOST $213. DOLLARS ON A PAIR OF PANTS THAT WERE NOT DELIVERED (PACKAGE WAS RIPPED OPEN NO ITEM) BECAUSE NORDSTROM WONT REFUND ME. CANNOT GIVE ACCIRATE SIZE BECAUSE ITEM WAS NOT DELIVERED.
