Very stylish!

So elegant and stylish. Beautiful hard plastic material that elevates any look. Only downside is that fingerprints are pretty visible on the plastic and it is a bit on the heavier side. But I absolutely love!!

chain strap missing

I ordered this as a gift for a friend. When she opened it the metal chain strap was missing. When I contacted Nordstrom they said to have her bring it into the store to get the chain. They weren’t any help. I called Nordstrom back again and after long conversation they agreed to deliver another one. AGAIN no chain! My friend ended up back at the store and just took store credit. I’m frustrated that items were missing (twice) and embarrassed to put my friend through that for a gift

Beautiful but Fingerprints

I loved this bag but had to return it because 1. It came with fingerprints all over it already and 2. When I removed the fingerprints, they came back immediately from my hands so the quality is not great. I will probably get this in a different color instead of black bc the black showed the prints really bad.

Dirty, Taking back

Adorable bag and good size but there’s dried glue or dirt all over and in between the seams on the outside. Kinda looks like white mold
