Knight Check Cotton T-shirt

One of the worst customer service experiences I have had with Nordstrom. I purchased an expensive Burberry shirt and expected a high level of service, but when I was unhappy with the purchase and tried to return it, Nordstrom refused to refund me. For a retailer that sells luxury designer merchandise, this was extremely disappointing. I did not feel that my concern was handled fairly or with the level of care I expected. Spending this much money on a shirt and then being left without a satisfactory resolution is incredibly frustrating. This experience has completely changed my opinion of Nordstrom. I will be very hesitant to purchase designer items from them again, and I would strongly recommend that other customers read the return policy very carefully before spending a large amount of money here. I expected much better.
