I was kept informed of
I was kept informed of my order and delivery status, my package arrived quickly, and the double packing insured there was no damage. My block is sturdy and able to secure even my longest knives. I love the bamboo!

Bamboo Block
The block looks beautiful but arrived with a crack across the top of the block.

10 year life span...
I received this with my knife set as a wedding gift 9 years ago. I wiped it down with a damp rag but otherwise pretty much ignored it. This morning it fell into two pieces. I called to find out if there was a warranty, but was told just to send it in and see what happens. Hence, my mixed review: it did the job for 9 years, that's pretty good, but then it fell apart (literally).
