Verona Velvet Gown

I purchased this dress in the olive green color (no longer available here) and wore it last night to chaperone a dance. The dress fit perfectly with the exception of the length. I am 5'6" tall and the dress was about two inches too long and had to be hemmed. I weigh about 200 lbs. and size 2X fit well, and with a bit of extra room. I might have sized down if I had had more time. I think the style is flattering and the dress feels comfortable and easy to wear. It does not wrinkle.

This is a wonderful dress! So flattering and so comfortable. I usually wear a size 14 and the 0X fit me perfectly. I'm 5'6 and it's about ankle length. I love the cut of this dress, which is elegant without being stuffy. I got in blue and when I wear it I feel like a goddess. (I also bought it in green and LOVED that color as well, but I got that one in 1X and it was big around the bust area.) I highly recommend this gorgeous dress!

I knew this was a concern based on the photos but decided to order and try it anyways. My boobs didn't fit in the pocket. There was plenty of fabric to cover the bust horizontally but there was not enough vertically, which resulted in the fabric being pulled tight from the shoulder to the waistline. I could not get the waistline to sit under my boobs. If you have a smaller bust, this shouldn't be a problem. The fabric draped nicely and it seemed to be very nice quality though. I wish it worked for me!
