Kipea Heu Genuine Shearling Slide Sandal (Women)

This as a Christmas Gift to my wife. When she opened it, her eyes lit up and became so excited that she took off her socks and put the Slide Slipper on. As she uttered a soft moan enjoying the feeling of the slippers touching her feet and toes. My son and his family were busy with their gifts and stopped their opening of presents to share in my wife's enjoyment of her gift!

For years, my daughter and I got a very similar slipper from UGG every Christmas. They were discontinued, so we switched to OluKai’s Kipea Heu Genuine Shearling Slide Sandal in 2021. These actually have better support and the shearling lining lasted longer than the UGGs. Any slipper lined with shearling will wear off under your toes. You just can’t see it in other styles. It doesn’t affect comfort and can’t be seen when you’re wearing them. Pictured slippers are 1 year old and I’m back to get 2 more pairs for Christmas 2024 because I’m afraid that these too will be discontinued.

I love my Olukai slippers. I have another pair of Olukai sandals that I love, so when I saw these advertised on television, I knew that I had to have them. Because of tile floors in my house, I cannot go barefooted. Other slippers fall off my feet when I am sitting in a chair since they are not thong slippers. When I wear thong sandals in the house, they are comfortable, but not as soft. The bottom of the slipper is strong and not as pliant as other slippers, but they can stand up to be worn outside the house if necessary. I am so glad that my slippers finally showed up. Buying from Nordstrom's was so easy and fast. We tried another website first and it ended up being a hoax. Buy from those that you can trust.
