Kinetic Ember Sneaker

I was so excited to find this shoe, thanks to Emery! It's cute and super comfortable. I was going to buy them in black too. Bought them on Feb 14, 2026 and have worn them maybe 8 times. 2 weeks later notice the fabric is nearly tearing on the right shoe where the leather meets the suede upper. Very disappointing and I won't be buying Sorel shoes again.

Bought this for a trip, they ran big so I bought a half size smaller and they felt comfortable. The seam on top between the leather and canvas started unraveling in the corner by end of the day, on both shoes. Not meant to last normal wear and tear. Very disappointed because I liked the style.

Fit true to size and are very comfortable without needing to break in at all. Wore 12+ hours the first time wearing them and they were great

I’ve owned at least a half dozen pairs of Sorels of all kinds. I return to the brand because they’re always true to size and extremely comfortable, not to mention well constructed which all adds up to a good value. These shoes are a stark departure from that experience. On the FIRST day I wore them, the nylon snagged in several places. I’ve never had this happen with any other sneaker of any brand. I thought it just looked bad, but on closer inspection, it’s likely the fabric will split with a few wears. For $135 this is a terrible disappointment.

These shoes are comfortable and good for spring, fall and winter. I find them to be too warm for the summer or warmer days, but they are great for cooler or wet days as they keep a lot of moisture out and your toes warm.

Wore for a trip to Sweden as primary walking shoe. Cute and comfy.
