I hate leaving a negative review, especially for a brand I love. This dress arrived clearly used, with an unpleasant smell and loose threads around the chest area. It was obvious enough that whoever packed and shipped it should have noticed. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time it’s happened, and it’s becoming really disappointing.
